I build and scale KAST's web platform — TypeScript and Next.js on Cloudflare, taking work from Figma through to shipped, SEO-conscious product surfaces.

I led the engineering team's technical direction and co-led ConnectSure, a multi-tenant, event-driven embedded insurance platform on AWS. Templated tenant provisioning turned multi-day onboarding into a one-click spin-up.

I also owned the group's web platform: a Next.js corporate site with a typed SEO and AEO layer, a shared design system, and Sanity CMS content behind a single frontend.

On the AI side, I built a compliance pipeline on Bedrock that screens adverse media and regulatory news daily.

Built a subscription-based financial learning platform end-to-end on Next.js and Supabase — CMS-driven multilingual content, Stripe subscriptions, and a real-time community with admin moderation.

A strategic initiative wholly-owned by TransAsia Private Capital.

I was the technical lead for the new venture, shaping the platform's architecture with the CTO, directing an offshore development team, and designing the NoSQL data model for CRM and real-time supply chain financing.

Led the build of a private debt investment platform from MVP scope through delivery, saving the fund USD 300k a year, with asynchronous trade booking (90%+ faster) and real-time reporting that cut delivery from hours to seconds.

Analysed experimental data to uncover yield gains worth $150k/week and ran multivariate experiments saving $80k/week. Automated SQL and Python reporting pipelines for stakeholders.
